At The Clover Project, we take great pride in the quality of our handcrafted candles. Please read our policy regarding returns and refunds carefully before making a purchase.
- Change of Mind
We do not offer exchanges or refunds for change of mind. This includes instances where you may not prefer a particular scent after receiving the product. We encourage you to read the scent descriptions carefully or start with our smaller sizes if you are unsure.
- Faulty or Damaged Items
We want you to have the best experience with our products. We will accept returns for candles and items that are faulty or not burning correctly.
Before reaching out: Many common burning issues can be resolved by following specific maintenance steps. We recommend reviewing the Care Instruction Card provided with your order [or visit our online Care Guide here to ensure your candle is performing at its best.
If your item is indeed defective, please follow these steps:Contact Us: You can submit a refund request via thecloverprojectau@gmail.com.
Provide Details: Please include your order number, a description of the fault, and clear photos of the product.
Resolution: Once the fault is verified, we will offer you a choice of a full refund or a replacement of the faulty item.
